God Goes Before You

Text: Deuteronomy 31:8
“And the LORD, he it is that doth go before thee… he will not fail thee, neither forsake thee…”

One of the greatest comforts in life is knowing that God is not just with you—He is already ahead of you. Every unknown situation you face has already been visited by God.

When Israel stood on the edge of the Promised Land, uncertainty loomed large. But God reminded them: I’ve already gone before you. That means your future is not uncertain to Him.

Where you are going, God has already prepared the way.

What future situation are you worried about right now?
How does it change your perspective knowing God is already there?

Prayer:
Lord, thank You for going before me. When I feel anxious about tomorrow, remind me that You are already there. Help me to trust You with what I cannot see. Amen.
