God Does Not Waste Your Pain

GOD DOESN'T WASTE YOUR PAIN

Scripture: Romans 8:28
“And we know that all things work together for good to them that love God, to them who are the called according to his purpose.”

Romans 8:28 doesn't say everything that happens is good.
Some things hurt.
Some things are unfair.
Some things leave scars.
Some things happen because we live in a broken world filled with broken people.

But Scripture gives us an incredible promise: God can work through all things for good.

Think about a beautiful tapestry. From the front, we see the finished design. From the back, there appears to be nothing but tangled threads and knots.

Sometimes life looks like the back of the tapestry.

We see the knots.
God sees the picture.

We see confusion.
God sees purpose.

We see pieces that don't seem to belong.
God sees how they fit together.

This doesn't mean every painful experience will eventually make complete sense to us. There may be questions we carry for years.
But we can know this: Nothing surrendered to God has to be wasted.

God can take the very experience you thought would destroy you and use it to deepen your faith, strengthen your testimony, and prepare you to help someone else.

Your pain may become part of your purpose.

Your scar may become someone else's sign that healing is possible.

Your hardest season may eventually become the place from which you tell others, “God was faithful there too.”
