Sharing the Gospel While There Is Time

Scripture:
“The night cometh, when no man can work.” — John 9:4

One reason Jesus has not yet returned is because God is still extending mercy to the lost. Every day is another opportunity for someone to repent and be saved.

Living like Jesus is coming means caring deeply about the souls of others. We cannot become so focused on our own lives that we forget people around us are heading toward eternity.

Jesus spent His earthly ministry seeking the lost. He touched broken people, forgave sinners, and offered hope to the hopeless. If we truly follow Him, we will carry that same burden for others.

Many believers feel intimidated about sharing their faith. They worry about rejection or feel inadequate. Yet evangelism is not about having perfect words. It is about pointing people to a perfect Savior.

You may not preach to crowds, but you can share Christ with your family, coworkers, neighbors, and friends. Sometimes a simple testimony, a word of encouragement, or an invitation to church becomes the seed God uses to transform a life.

The return of Jesus reminds us that opportunities are limited. There will come a day when the door of grace closes. That reality should motivate us to pray more fervently, witness more boldly, and love people more intentionally.

We are not called merely to survive until Jesus comes. We are called to reach others before He does.

Reflection Questions
Who in your life needs to hear the Gospel?
What fears keep you from sharing your faith more boldly?

Prayer
Father, give me compassion for lost souls. Help me see people through Your eyes and not become silent about the Gospel. Fill me with courage to share the hope of Christ while there is still time. Amen.
