About Shane
Shane and his wife, Kelly have been married twenty-six years. Born and raised in Bradley County, Shane is licensed and ordained to the work of the Gospel ministry and has been serving as a Pastor for twenty-seven years. Shane is the founder of His Vision Ministries . Shane is a graduate of Liberty University. Hear his heart: "I have a passion to teach God's word to adults and children guiding them into a relationship with Jesus Christ, encouraging them in their spiritual growth, and equipping them to become fully devoted followers of Christ who impacts their community for Christ. I have learned through the trials of life, as Paul writes in Philippians 4:11 'in whatever state I am to be content' because I agree with Paul when he says in Philippians 1:21 'For me to live is Christ and to die is gain.' It is a privilege to serve in the ministry and see people believe in Christ being built up in their faith, bonding with other believers, breaking forth in passionate service so their lives will continually bring forth glory in God's name."
Shane has served as a church-planter and in church revitalization and has a heart specifically for missions and discipleship. He has served on multiple boards and organizations within the local community. He currently serves on both the Executive and Corporate Board of Directors for the Boys & Girls Clubs of Ocoee Region. Shane has served on the Historical Committee for the Tennessee Baptist Convention. Shane is partnered to serve with Samaritan's Purse / Operation Christmas Child and Shoes for Orphan Souls.
Shane is ultra-conservative and believes that our nation and most American churches are living in compromise. He is currently writing his first book, “Staring in the Face of Comprise” that will highlight the many areas of compromise that are taken place in the lives of Christians. The book will reveal how many Christians do not even know they are living in compromise and Pastor Shane prays the book will be a guide to stir the hearts of those who want to live by God’s standards to stand firm in these perilous times.

KNOW JESUS
You Can Know Jesus Personally
Have you ever wondered what it takes to have a relationship with God and know that you have eternal life?
The Bible gives us a clear answer. Salvation isn't something we earn through good works or religious activity. It is God's gift to us through faith in Jesus Christ.
A simple way to understand the message of the Gospel is through the word FAITH.
F — FORGIVENESS
We all need God's forgiveness. Sin separates us from God, but Jesus made forgiveness possible through His death on the cross.
"In Him we have redemption through His blood, the forgiveness of sins."
— Ephesians 1:7
God offers forgiveness because He loves you.
A — AVAILABLE
God's forgiveness is available to everyone who places their faith in Jesus Christ.
"For God so loved the world that He gave His one and only Son, that whoever believes in Him shall not perish but have eternal life."
— John 3:16
Salvation is offered freely, but each person must personally respond to Christ in faith.
I — IMPOSSIBLE
We cannot save ourselves.
The Bible tells us:
"For all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God."
— Romans 3:23
No amount of good works can erase our sin. That's why we need a Savior.
Jesus did for us what we could never do for ourselves.
T — TURN
The Bible calls us to repent—to turn from our sin and turn to Jesus.
Jesus said:
"Unless you repent, you too will all perish."
— Luke 13:3
Turning to Jesus means trusting Him alone to save you.
"If you declare with your mouth, 'Jesus is Lord,' and believe in your heart that God raised Him from the dead, you will be saved."
— Romans 10:9
H — HEAVEN
Jesus offers more than forgiveness. He gives us eternal life and a new life with Him beginning right now.
Jesus said:
"I have come that they may have life, and have it to the full."
— John 10:10
He also promised:
"I will come back and take you to be with Me that you also may be where I am."
— John 14:3
Because of Jesus, we can have hope for today and the promise of eternity with Him.
ARE YOU READY TO TRUST JESUS?
You can receive God's forgiveness and the gift of eternal life by placing your faith in Jesus Christ.
Another way to remember FAITH is:
Forsaking All, I Trust Him.
Salvation isn't about saying perfect words or performing a religious ritual. It is about genuinely turning to Christ and trusting Him.

A Prayer of Faith
Lord Jesus, I know that I am a sinner and need Your forgiveness. I believe You died for my sins and rose again. I turn from my sin and place my faith in You alone. I ask You to forgive me and be my Savior and Lord. Help me to follow You and live the life You have called me to live. Thank You for saving me and giving me eternal life. Amen.
The prayer itself doesn't save you—Jesus saves you when you place your faith in Him.

Following Jesus is the beginning of a new life. You don't have to figure out everything at once. Start with these simple next steps.
1. Be Baptized
Baptism is an important first step of obedience for a new believer and a public testimony of your faith in Jesus.

2. Connect With a Local Church
God designed believers to grow together. Find a Bible-believing local church where you can worship, learn God's Word, serve, and build relationships with other Christians.

About God

About Jesus Christ - Jesus Christ is the Son of God. He is co-equal with the Father. Jesus lived a sinless human life and offered Himself as the perfect sacrifice for the sins of all people by dying on a cross. He arose from the dead after three days to demonstrate His power over sin and death. He ascended to Heaven's glory and will return again someday to earth to reign as King of Kings and Lord of Lords. About the Holy Spirit - The Holy Spirit is co-equal with the Father and the Son of God. He is present in the world to make men aware of their need for Jesus Christ. He gives all believers a spiritual gift when they are saved. About the Bible - The Bible is God's Word to us. It was written by human authors, under the supernatural guidance of the Holy Spirit. About Human Beings - People are made in the spiritual image of God, to be like Him in character. People are the supreme object of God's creation. Although every person has tremendous potential for good, all of us are marred by an attitude of disobedience toward God called "sin." About Salvation - Salvation is God's free gift to us but we must accept it. We can never make up for our sin by self-improvement or good works. Only by trusting in Jesus Christ as God's offer of forgiveness can anyone be saved from sin's penalty. When we turn from our self-ruled life and turn to Jesus in faith, we are saved. About Eternal Security - Because God gives us eternal life through Jesus Christ, the true believer is secure in that salvation for eternity. If you have been genuinely saved, you cannot "lose" it. Salvation is maintained by the grace and power of God, not by the self-effort of the Christian. It is the grace and keeping power of God that gives us this security. About Eternity - People were created to exist forever. We will exist either eternally separated from God by sin, or eternally with God through forgiveness and salvation. To be eternally separated from God is Hell. To be eternally in union with Him is eternal life. Heaven and Hell are real places of eternal existence. John 3:16, John 14:17, Rom 6:23, Rom 8:17-18, Rev 20:15, 1Cor 2:7-9

The Holy Spirit inspired Pastor Shane to start His Vision Ministries in 2009 to bring life application, hope, and encouragement into the lives of believers on a daily basis. His Vision Ministries is an all volunteer based ministry, meaning that there are no salaries paid to anyone through this ministry.
