The Great Love of God!

We like to talk about everybody else’s failures, but many times forget our lack of faithfulness. Many want to talk all the time about our nation and the problems our nation faces and trust me there are many. We like to murmur about our nation’s problems, but we often forget the sin that is in our own heart.

We will understand more of how great God’s love is when we truly understand how sinful we are. Regardless of how wicked we are God loves us. The great purpose of Jesus Christ was to come and seek sinners. Jesus Christ said that He had come to “seek and save that which was lost” (Luke 19:10).

There is nothing that you or I can do or not do that initiated God’s love for us. He always has and always will loved you. God is eternal and always loves until the very end. 

Sometimes we will get impatient with others and talk about how bad others are but the Bible says that we are “all like sheep have gone astray” (Isaiah 53:6). Regardless, God still loves us.

Thank God for His everlasting love. We should always seek Him because of His great love for us. Amen!
