Scripture: Psalm 23:2–3 – “He maketh me to lie down in green pastures: he leadeth me beside the still waters. He restoreth my soul.”


Rest is not merely recovery—it is restoration. The Shepherd knows when His sheep are weary. In His care, we find refreshment for the soul and renewal of purpose. When we follow His lead to still waters, we rediscover joy, direction, and peace that surpasses understanding. Reflection leads to renewal, and renewal leads to rejoicing.
