Joy in Humility!

Scripture: “Let nothing be done through strife or vainglory; but in lowliness of mind let each esteem other better than themselves.” – Philippians 2:3

Pride robs us of joy, but humility restores it. When we live for recognition, we will always feel empty, but when we humble ourselves and serve others, we experience Christ’s joy. Humility does not mean thinking less of ourselves but thinking more of others. Joy in action is found in putting others first.

Prayer:

Lord, teach me to walk humbly as You walked. Remove pride from my heart and replace it with a servant’s spirit. Help me to find joy in lifting others up instead of lifting myself. Amen.
